We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please see information below on how you may return your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-Day Return for Store Credit Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return is approved, then you will receive a store credit minus shipping costs. Please see "Shipping Label".
- Product must not show anyevidence of wear and must be returned with all original tags.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of date received.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Make sure the product is in its original packaging and place it in its original shipping box or bag.
- From the time your item has been received in our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.

A return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund when a return label is issued by outlawsandsunshine.com.

Please ensure your return shipment is fully postage-paid.
We are unable to accept delivery of any COD or postage-due packages.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Outlaws and Sunshine takes great care in inspecting each product with love and care before it is shipped, however, things can happen. If your order arrives in less than satisfactory conditions please contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item please let us know so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right. NON-REFUNDABLE
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards and used items.
